Blue Dot Army knows many Australians will be diagnosed with one form of cancer or another during their lifetime. We also know how devastating a diagnosis can be and the journey ahead can be difficult to navigate and overwhelming at times. We currently do not receive any government funding. Our existence is based solely on support from the community. We have achieved the rating of donated gift recipient (DGR), meaning donations to us that are over $2 are tax-deductible. To raise much needed funds to change the experience for people on a cancer journey we hold an annual fundraising lunch event and some other small ad-hoc events. We warmly invite you to join our Army.
Fundraising for Change
We are delighted to invite you to an unforgettable long lunch with a Wanderlust theme, celebrating the joy of travel and discovery. The afternoon will be filled with hope, inspiration and community. Your support helps us achieve our mission to change the cancer treatment journey for people ensuring that no one is alone during their treatment. Our incredible, well-travelled guest speakers will inspire you with stories and insights from their exciting adventures. As usual, you can expect some surprises which we know you will love.
80’s & 90’s Quiz Night
Grab your table of 8 and join in the fun. Dress in your best 80’s/90’s gear and get into the swing of this fantastic event.
Sausage sizzle $4 each – available from 6pm. Tables $160 each ($20 pp plus BF). Quiz night starts at 7.30pm.
Hosted by Bamboozled Quizmasters this event is sure to be interactive and memorable!
Bring your loose change for entry into some games on the night, sausage sizzle and raffles. All profits will help Blue Dot Army continue to support people on their cancer journey.

While we celebrate Australia’s most famous horse race, we’re shaking things up this year with a unique twist with “The Race that Stops the Range!” Watch as the Collier Park staff battle it out in a race that promises to deliver plenty of laughs. It’s a race like no other, where blood, sweat, and cheers are all part of the fun!
